Christmas Gifts for Her
Happy Friday!! Christmas is approaching, and it is time to start gift shopping. I have always been very anxious when it comes to shopping for others. I tend to procrastinate until the last minute, which causes stress. This year, I’m making it my mission to start earlier than usual. I have been spending the last couple of weeks coming up with ideas for the women in my life, and I believe I came up with some good options. I have found many fantastic gift ideas from major stores like Target and some incredible small businesses. The Kitchen Girlies If the woman in your life loves to be in the kitchen…

Top Amazon Finds for Dog Moms
Happy Saturday, everyone! For the past few weeks, I have been searching for new items for my puppy Asher. Being home with him every day helped me figure out things worth spending on and those that aren’t. Asher is very energetic and needs a lot of physical and mental exercise. Asher usually sleeps in the morning until 10:45, which is helpful and allows me to get some things done. That said, once he is awake, he is ready and eager to start the day! The first thing we do is go outside, and Asher goes potty. Then, we go on our morning walk, and we play chase. From there, we…

My Everyday Skincare Products: Facial Care Edition
Happy Wednesday!! I talked about some of my favorite everyday products about six months ago. I focused mainly on picking clean and cruelty-free products and have enjoyed trying out new products. Finding clean products can be difficult, but I started using the Yuka and EWG Healthy Living apps. These apps are so helpful when searching for clean and safe products. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) while undergoing fertility testing. When I was diagnosed with PCOS and told it would be tough to get pregnant without treatment, I started researching and realized how important it is to use safe products. Over the past few…

My Favorite 2022 Reads
Happy Tuesday, everyone!! I cannot believe Christmas is over, and we are less than a week from the New Year. I read many excellent books throughout the year, but some surpassed the others, so I have listed my favorite 2022 reads. I am so excited about the books I’ll discover in the New Year, but a handful from 2022 will stick with me for a long time. First, I am a huge Harry Potter fan, and I finally started reading the series for the first time. So far, I have read the first three books and loved them! They provide so much more details than the movies. I am halfway…

Top Christmas Gifts for Dogs
It’s almost Christmas!! Christmas is just a few days away, and I know everyone is trying to finish their last-minute Christmas shopping. I only have a couple more small gifts to purchase, but my favorite gift to shop for was for my dog, Asher. Asher needs good quality toys that he’s not able to destroy. I did find some “cheap” toys that he’ll be able to rip apart, but I also found some fantastic bones that should last him a while. Besides toys, I also snagged some adorable Christmas pajamas. Asher isn’t too sure about them, but he looks so cute. TOYS Jolly Tug-n-Toss Ball Viper Synthetic K9 Tug Toy…

My Favorite Everyday Beauty Products
Happy June!! I can’t believe that we are already halfway through the year. So much has happened through the last six months, and so much has changed. Over the past six months, I have been slightly obsessive over what products I use and their ingredients. Product ingredients are crucial in my self-care routine for various personal reasons. Many companies market clean products, but many of these products have chemicals that are considered carcinogens and potential endocrine disruptors. For someone who has been dealing with infertility issues for the past couple of years, I try to stay away from many chemicals but especially the chemical Phenoxyethanol (which contains potential endocrine disruptors).…

Today I am home with my puppy Asher and am currently trying to decide the potential TBR books for April. I know March isn’t over yet, but I’ll want to read more next month if I can reach my reading goal for this month. I have so many books that I would like to read on my shelf, and some fantastic new books are coming out as well. The books I am most excited to get my hands on in April are listed below. The Wedding Crasher by Mia Sosa This book by Mia Sosha looks like it will be a cute and funny romance. This book contains some…

Book Review (Series Four)
Over the past month, I have read some amazing books that I am so excited to share. A death that shakes a family to the core and a toxic relationship that causes one to reflect on themselves is prevalent in these two books. ???? ??? ??? ???? Then She Was Gone by Lisa Jewell is a suspenseful story about a young girl who has her whole life ahead of her, but whose life is suddenly out of her control. Ellie is the golden child of her family but one night she doesn’t come home. Police believe she ran away but her mother, Laurel knows something happened. Ten years after Ellie…

Book Review (Series Three)
HAPPY WEDNESDAY I just finished the most amazing series by Anna Todd and it has been stuck on my mind for days. The After series is unlike others I’ve read because it focuses on many real-life struggles like addiction, anger, and abandonment. ????? Tessa Young is known to be a good girl with a strict mother. She has dated her boyfriend Noah for a few years and liked that Noah was a safe choice. The first day of her freshman year at a university in Washington her life was flipped upside down. Her roommate Steph was a partier with tattoos and flaming red hair. Tessa couldn’t be more different and…
